Become a skilled communicator with the power to influence the outcome of critical business or management decisions with the Communication specialization. In this specialization, you can gain the skills needed to convey information effectively to internal and external stakeholders, learn how to select appropriate communication strategies, and master the art of creating compelling messages in both the written and spoken word. Coursework explores the communication channels of today as well as how to tailor messages for various channels and audience needs. You will also examine the manager’s role in ensuring that organizational communications are accurate and impactful.
