At SCAD, students prepare for robust careers as critics, reviewers, journalists, artists, entrepreneurs and leaders through a program dedicated to the world of cinema studies. Delve into graduate work that looks at the big picture of film, with the unique ability to collaborate across related departments and develop a broad, marketable approach. We are the only university in the U.S. to offer both an M.F.A. in film and television and a cinema studies M.A. for students who want to explore film to its greatest depths.
