A programme designed to develop your comprehensive understanding of key energy issues and improve your analytical and managerial skills.
Empowering managers to recharge the energy industry
Faster than ever before economic and political changes ripple through the energy business environment. Within this changing landscape, successful energy managers need a bird's eye view of the entire energy value chain. Leaders must understand the interests and constraints of multiple stakeholders – governments, partners, companies and contractors, capital markets, NGOs - as they navigate in the constantly evolving global energy map for both fossile fuels and for the renewables.
The global focus of the industry reflects the structure of this programme. This is done by combining Norway’s world class management knowledge in energy governance and business in oil, gas and electricity sectors, with France’s leading energy technology knowledge.
The Executive Master of Management in Energy has brought together the expertise of two leading institutions in the field of energy management. The collaborative effort between BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo/Stavanger and IFP School in Paris has given participants a global and strategic perspective on the energy industry.
The programme is currently being redesigned to adapt to the changes in the energy markets. This means that the programme will be offered first in 2017. An alternative Energy programme offered at BI Norwegian Business School The Executive MBA Programme with specialization in energy, will be run as planned in 2016. Start up is 31st March. If you are interested in considering the programme, we will be pleased to give you more information and answer your questions. Do not hesitate to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
