An Interactive Learning Experience. Students enjoy small class sizes and an interactive, project based curriculum. Material is based upon real-life case studies with discussion sessions and project presentations.
Group work is a vital component of the learning experience at ESCE. Working in groups of mixed nationality trains students in how to manage and accomplish given tasks whilst learning to work with different personalities, backgrounds and cultures. The group work based on case studies develops students’ knowledge of how to approach and solve real-life management and business issues, instilling a sense of confidence in their operational effectiveness.
Business Simulation games enable students to use all of their knowledge and skills to actually simulate the management of a company, looking at all aspects of business management: entrepreneurial skills, business development, marketing, finance, accounting, HR management and strategy.
Internship Placements are a key part of the course and take place during the final semester for a minimum of 6 months. This hands-on experience is invaluable in further developing professional competencies within the international marketplace, and means ESCE graduates enter the job market with concrete experience.
Final Graduation Project. All final year students are required to present their end of year project to an academic jury. Preparing such a project hones the analytical and research skills, and the presentation leads to confident interpersonal and communication skills, crucial in all aspects of business from the initial interview through to boardroom presentations.
