Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration (PGD)

Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Diploma in Hospitality Administration

This intensive program consists of two taught semesters and one internship in the hospitality industry of 3 to 6 months. The Post Graduate curriculum is designed for career-changers or students who need to gain the basic administrative skills for hospitality operations. Additionally, students take a wide variety of courses for the general business management practices in hospitality.  The Capstone project in Event Management allows the PGD students to use their creativity and newly gained food and beverage management skills to design a special event for their fellow students.

After completing these two semesters of study, students may choose to do an internship and / or start working. Those who want to further their studies and develop further their management competencies, may carry on towards the Post-Graduate Higher Diploma.
