LORANGE Interim Management Diploma Program

Interim management is about creating value to businesses and their owners through growth or turn around change initiatives. These are performed by interim managers with clearly defined objectives and a given timescale for implementing change and to create value.

The combination of a full mandate and a limited timeline for implementation have proven to lead to extraordinary results. Thus further increasing the demand for interim change managers for different business situations and challenges.

Given the increased demand for interim managers and the complexity of the engagements assigned to them many existing interim managers feel a need to improve and upgrade their core skills and competencies. The variety of situations and issues facing them as change managers impact on their ability to assess and resolve them in a structured and professional manner.

For managers who are still working in other positions and who aspire to try out a career as an interim manager, the need to acquire and enhance their existing skills is also increasing. As well as to better understand the challenges facing them in a new and more entrepreneurial role as an interim manager. To brand and market themselves to potential clients become an important part of their skill base. This is also relevant for existing change managers who are already engaged on an interim basis with clients.
