NABA Semester Abroad Programs are specifically designed to meet the educational needs of Design and Fashion major students. Students will have the opportunity to combine classroom and studio sessions with several visits to Milanese Design firms, Design Studios as well as Fashion Showrooms and Fashion fairs. In addition, students will be offered the opportunity to participate in a four days mid-semester Italian Excursion as well as day trips to nearby cities and other cultural activities. A full orientation session is offered to all students during the week of arrival. Ethvert profesjonelt spill er i dag laget av et team, der spilldesign-erens oppgave er å beskrive og formidle sine spillideer og realisere disse. The first is a journey into the past and present of graphic design in Italy, to understand its most significant aspects and analyse its relation to the international scenario, studying the players in its most prolific period, until the seventies, followed by the next generations and culminating in an overview of contemporary design with the IT revolution and recent cross-fertilisation with comparable languages, such as web, video and ultimedia design.

The journey includes studio visits, meetings with graphic designers and case histories.

The second part aims to provide and develop on knowled ge of the designer’s tools, teaching how to use professio nal software for drawing, image management, layout and developing interactive presentations and animation.
